Yes you can let us know using PAR-Q form via email.

What if I can't find a session?

Please contact us via email, Instagram or telephone.

Can I get a refund?

Yes you can get a refund as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Just email or call us.

Can I get one to one sessions?

Yes book online, call or email.
